CAN THE ARTWORK AND/OR PRINT BE FRAMED?

YES. All original artworks and prints can be custom framed and mounted. Please make contact with leslie@lesliereynolds.africa for a quote. We can make recommendations based on framing choices that work particularly well with Leslie’s style subject matter and pallet. We work with certified framers in the U.K. Zambia and South Africa. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. For the UK please allow 3-4 working days for delivery, after notification of dispatch. Please note that delays in the service of Royal Mail are out of our control. If you haven't received your order within this time frame, we ask that you allow an additional 4 working days before you get in touch with us.

For Europe, 10 working days. For other countries, 16 working days.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING IF I'VE PLACED TWO ORDERS?

Yes but we can’t guarantee this. Please let us know both order numbers and we will try our best to get this sorted with our studio to combine these. Once combined we can refund one of your postage costs

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

For Europe, 10 working days; for other countries 16 working days.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM TO YOU?

You can return your artwork to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Please DO NOT return your item to us after 30 days as we will not be able to process a refund for you. It will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage.

Sadly, we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss.

As always we recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for a return I'm afraid we cannot then reasonably refund you for the goods that you have sent to us.
